Veg cheddar toast sandwich formula with bit by bit photographs
I have been having these cheddar sandwiches from the road side sandwich wallahs in Multan, on my school and school days, as breakfast or early lunch. Significantly later when working, I would have these sandwiches for a fast informal breakfast or lunch.
Fixings
For Chutney
▢¾ cup coriander leaves
▢¾ cup mint leaves
▢½ inch ginger-cleaved
Veg Cheese Toast |
Or1 or 2 green bean stew slashed
▢½ teaspoon chaat masala (discretionary)
Saltblack salt or customary salt or rock salt as required
Waterlittle water to granulate the chutney
Dropsfew drops of lemon juice
For Veg Cheese Sandwich
8 to 10 cuts of earthy colored bread or white bread or entire wheat bread
▢1 medium size tomatoes, meagerly cut
Medium1 medium size onion, meagerly cut
Small1 little cucumber, stripped meagerly cut
Small1 little capsicum (green chime pepper) - daintily cut
Boiled1 bubbled beetroot, daintily cut (optional)
Boiled1 bubbled potato, daintily cut
▢½ to ⅔ cup ground cheddar or normal cheddar add cheddar as required
Utbutter at room temperature to apply on the breads
Maschaat masala or sandwich masala to sprinkle on the veggies
Saltblack salt to sprinkle on the veggies
